MANDATORY MASK

Wearing a mask and respecting barrier gestures are mandatory in all areas of the library at all times.

LOCATION AND OPENING HOURS  

From 17 October:

• The libraries at 27 and 30 rue Saint-Guillaume are open from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and from 9.30am to 8pm on Saturday. Access upon reservation.
• The research library is open from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday. The reading rooms are accessible only after access control.

PUBLIC ALLOWED AND SERVICES

All Sciences Po community (students, teachers, researchers and employees) have access to the reading rooms upon reservation and subject to seats availability, in order to keep physical distance. Users can make a reservation even after the start of each slot if seats are still available.

The rooms are ventilated and disinfected in between each slot.

External readers only have access to the loan of material at the borrowing counter, 30 rue Saint Guillaume. New registrations can be made only by email according to the usual eligibility and through a pre-registration form (FR). Please forward at inscription.bib@sciencespo.fr your pre-registration confirmation along with a digital photography and a proof of residence less than 3 months old (electricity, gas or telephone bill, rental agreement).

AVAILABLE COLLECTIONS

All material (direct access and shops) is available only via the online request on the library catalogue.  Documents can only be returned in the book boxes within the Library opening hours.

WARNING, it is forbidden to help yourself directly from the shelves! 

The Campus en Région (PCR) loan service is open as well as the shuttle service.
